Information about print-on-demand fulfillment, shipping, returns, damaged products, and digital downloads.

Shipping Information
As a print-on-demand eStore, shipping and returns are calculated automatically through our partner Printify. We use drop shipping through an automated process that provides customer order information to a print manufacturer closest to the customer’s location to help reduce carbon footprint and increase delivery speed.
Return shipping costs are covered only when an item meets the return policy criteria and must be returned to the manufacturer.

Return Policy — eStore
Refunds for ordered products can ONLY be returned under specific guidelines. Please Note — minor variations in the print placement of any design or text will NOT be considered a defect.

Customer Contact: The customer must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Damaged Product: Ruined, broken, damaged, destroyed, soiled, or unusable products may qualify for review.

Manufacturer Error: Printing errors, incorrect text, illegible pictures, or designs that are ruined or incorrect may qualify for return review.

ConjuresUp.com will NOT be held responsible and will NOT offer replacements or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, customers may choose either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Photographic proof will be REQUIRED by ConjuresUp and our partner to complete ALL returns.

Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds issued for downloaded content from our Digital Art Gallery. All files are currently downloaded in PNG format. We are working to create an SVG file format equivalent in the future. Please check back later once that format is supported.
