As a Print-on-Demand eStore shipping & returns are calculated automatically through our Partner Printify. We use Drop Shipping through an Automated process that provides our customers order information to a print manufacturer. Closest to our customers location to help reduce carbon footprint and increase speed of delivery times for our customers.

Return Shipping costs are covered. Only in the event of a item meeting the Return Policy criteria has to be returned the manufacturer.

Return Policy – eStore

Refunds for ordered products can ONLY be returned under specific guidelines as follows. Please Note – Minor variations in the print placement of any design or text will NOT be considered a defect.

  • Customer Contact: The customer contacts us within 30 days of the product delivery.
  • Damaged product: Ruined, Broken, Damaged, Destroyed, Soiled, or cannot be used or worn.
  • Manufacturer’s error: Printing errors, the text is incorrect, illegible, picture or design is ruined or bad in some way. As to cover up any of the detail or designs.

ConjuresUp.com will NOT be held responsible and will NOT offer replacements/refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery. You can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Photographic proof will be REQUIRED by ConjuresUp and our Partner to complete ALL returns.

Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds issued for any downloaded content from our Digital Art Gallery. All files will be downloaded in PNG file format. We are working to create an SVG file format equivalent in the future. Please check back later, once the file format is supported it should be on the main page.
