Our Return Policy for Refunds of ordered products can ONLY be returned under specific guidelines as follows: Please Note – Minor variations in the print placement of any design or text will NOT be considered a defect.
- Customer Contact: The customer contacts us within 30 days of the product delivery.
- Damaged product: Ruined, Broken, Damaged, Destroyed, Soiled, or cannot be used or worn.
- Manufacturer’s error: Printing errors, the text is incorrect, illegible, picture or design is ruined or bad in some way as to cover up detail or designs.
ConjuresUp.com will NOT be held responsible and will NOT offer replacements or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
ANY claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, ALL claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Photographic proof will be REQUIRED by ConjuresUp.com and our Partners to complete ALL returns as part of our Return Policy.
Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final, there will be NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS will be issued for any downloaded content from our Digital Art Gallery. All files will be downloaded in PNG file format. We are working to create an SVG file format equivalent in the future please check back later, once the file format is supported it should be on the main page.
